Tim Sullivan, singer/songwriter, has been a featured performer with Vince Gill, Willie Nelson, Alan Jackson, Tammy Wynette, and Glen Campbell.  He has entertained at venues across the country from "The Crazy Horse" in Los Angeles to "Town Hall" on Broadway in New York City.  Tim and his band have been featured at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Sydney, Australia and also at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky.  Tim and his family have performed in concert at "Carnegie Hall" four different times.  The last performance at Carnegie Hall was featured on NBC's "Today Show" and NBC's Nightly News.

Tim won Massachusetts Songwriter of the Year Award for his song "Dance in the Rain" and co-wrote the theme song for the 2003 Boston Red Sox "Cowboy Up".  Tim has co-written a one-man-musical called "Diary of a Songwriter" that he has performed across the country and off Broadway to rave reviews.

Oklahoma-born, Tim began performing gospel concerts with his seven talented brothers and sisters at the age of six.  As a teenager Tim formed his first band, which was named one of the ten best bands in America in a national "battle-of-the-bands" competition.  After graduating from Oklahoma University where he attended on a baseball scholarship, Tim moved to Los Angeles to pursue his music career.

Tim currently resides in Durango, Colorado.  Tim and his band, Narrow Gauge, are available for parties, events and festivals.

On March 2nd, The Millwood Restaurant, located in the rustic cattle ranching and farming community of Mancos, Colorado celebrated their 40th year in business anniversary.

The owner had invited The Tim Sullivan Band to help celebrate this event with our community.  I along with my husband and dear friends, and friends in the community had an amazing surprise in store for us.

I might say this first, that, the 2 guitarists, (one is Tim) both interchange playing the bass and electric guitar, depending on the song.  A musical treat to say the least.

The uniqueness of the music is the start of each song.... What I mean is each song begins with a little slow melody, which by design, intrigues you to focus on what song it is.  Do I know this song.

And then the fun begins.  Of course, it's either a top country song, a favorite rock song that we all grew up with or one of your all time favorites.

The crowd danced the night away, whether single, couples, or in their heads, everyone danced and most sang out loud as well.

An amazing band that deserves to be in the best of circles, playing to the champagne wedding groups, the best hotels in the West, festivals or with your buddies drinking their finest moonshine from a canning jar.

Everyone will love to hear and dance to this band.
